Domestic privacy

The settling has been completed so far, the cats are happy running around.

The house is not very much bigger, it’s just more places to run climb on and other types of cat-fun.

There is windows everywhere like before, but is is generally “brighter” due to the lack of surrounding fauna. The only main difference is we are much closer to the flightpath of the airport. So we can hear the planes very intensively. But it’s not really a problem, we just have to get used to it. Not a big deal.

The one thing I’m not so sure about and I’m kind of still hate very much is the fact that there is no privacy whatsoever.

The picture shows my view while sitting on the poch, I can see all the way from the left to the right.

Luckily there are just four more houses down the road. So there is not much traffic going on. But instead of 2 direct neighbors before, we now have five, with everything being very open, everybody can see what everyone else is doing at all times. So there is basically no privacy whatsoever.

well i guess since humans are “get-used-to-it-animals” it may just take time to ajust and make sure not to piss off any of those direct neighbors.
