After noticing a sharply increasing amount of complaints coming from Namecheaps customers about account troubles they do get.
i made the choice to start slowly moving stuff over to Ethernetservers.
Ethernetservers is British but has datacenter recourses almost anywhere, the pricing is similar but the performance is significantly better, and on top of that the support is just outstanding. with almost anything is “not a big deal” and fixed or gets done in a very unbuerocratic way.
this coincides with moving off some other hosts in business to facilitate the upcoming changes more smoothly,
my personal website serves as a test if this all goes trough as planned.
