well, it’s official, after visiting Bangkok Hospital for a consultation, they sold me a checkup with serval blood tests and whatnot (guess they need to make money too) 🙂
end result is pretty much everything is fine, but the Hypertension is official Stage II, and I need to do something about it, since my trying on lifestyle changes pretty much failed.
it’s time for a more practical approach, Concor 2.5 mg once daily.
let’s see how this does play out in the stats, I do still update them here
Update: I was told they do “work after about an hour”
just placed a tricky trade Blood pressure went up to 162/108 .. so I’m not sure the timing is a thing or they need to be taken more often to archive the effect, will monitor it.
